Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Items damaged after purchase due to misuse or negligence.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items with signs of wear or damage not caused by our error.
  • Items returned beyond 30 days of purchase but within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges:

Shipping for Returns

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the purchaser.
